A1: This dock works with Windows 10 laptops equipped with Thunderbolt 4, and MacBooks running macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later. It doesn’t work with Linux or Chrome OS laptops, Thunderbolt 3 Windows laptops, or M1 MacBooks.
Q2: What kind of cable should I use to connect the dock to my laptop?
A2: It’s recommended that you use the included Thunderbolt 4 cable. If you need to use a different cable (due to loss etc.), then another Thunderbolt 4 cable would also be compatible.
Q3: The charging output of the dock is listed as 90W, which is lower than my laptop charger’s output. Will the dock still be able to power my laptop?
A3: This dock supports up to 90W of charging via the Thunderbolt 4 upstream port on the front of the dock (indicated with a computer icon). Power is dynamically distributed between this port and other power ports depending on the power requirements of connected devices. Therefore, sometimes the charging speed will be slower than the original laptop charger.
Q4: Can the dock support fast charging for phones?
A4: Yes, the USB-C Power Delivery port (indicated by “PD”) supports up to 20W fast charging for iPhone 8 and later, Pixel 5 / Pixel 4a, S21/S21+/Note 20/Note 20 Ultra, V40/G7+, and Xperia XZ3. Actual charging speeds depend on the smartphone itself.
Q5: How to deal with screen drop, black screen, or screen flickering issues when connecting to an external monitor?
A5: After the dock has just been connected to the external monitor, it's normal for there to be some degree of flickering. It should go away in a few seconds. If you experience any screen issues after waking up your laptop, restart the dock; If your laptop or the docking station has not been shut down for a long time and you’re experiencing screen issues, please restart the dock.

A6: If you use a Thunderbolt 4 Windows laptop, this dock supports connection to two external monitors via the HDMI 2.0 ports. You can also connect to a third monitor via the Thunderbolt 4 downstream port. Below are the maximum resolutions:
