This is a AMOCO 586 Special Valve Stem Oil Can 4 Ounce Still Bank. The cans stands --" and I believe that it sates to the 190's. As far as the condition is concerned there is one very small scratch in the white area next to the number 6. There is also some wear on the top and bottom of the can. With that said overall the can is in really decent shape. My return policy is if I make a mistake and don't describe my item properly you can return the item.
